I’m based in St. Austell, Cornwall so the shoot must be in this area unless you wish to pay an additional cost to cover my travel expenses. Gift cards available if you want to book one as a present :) I’m happy to travel along the train line up as far as Plymouth and down as far as Penzance on options three and four at no additional cost. Will be shot on location or from the comfort of your own home (I’ll bring studio lighting).
This is the third (and possibly final, I’m not sure if I’m going to use any more or not yet) photograph from the self portraits that I took last week. I realise it’s incredibly pink again but that’s hard to avoid when your hair is the colour that mine is… I do like how everything matches though! Still in the process of revamping this blog but it’s getting there slowly. Next step: personal blog and a brand new website ready for the new year ;) I’m starting to get incredibly excited about some of the things that I’ve got planned!
PS- You can now find this blog at http://blog.zinzigraham.com :) There is nothing at www.zinzigraham.com currently but there will be as soon as possible.
Here’s another self portrait from what turned out to be a pretty productive day last week. This isn’t my usual style of lighting but it’s one that I’ve had a lot of models enquire about shooting them with recently so I wanted to give it a go and make sure I had it down before agreeing to photograph anyone else this way. I’m actually really happy with the result, this being possibly my favourite photograph from the day, it works a lot better than I expected it to with my porcelain skin and coloured hair and leaves me look far more angelic than I ever normally do ;) The only modelling photographs that I now post on this blog are self portraits, anything else that I do in front of the camera is now on my personal blog so head on over there if that’s something you’re interested in!
Took this and some other photographs last week. It’s been so long since I’ve done any self portraiture that it was really good to get back into it as well as to shoot just for the sake of shooting. I’ve always self portraits a great way to experiment with ideas that I want to try, practice new techniques, and shoot without the worry of things possibly going totally wrong. Gives me a chance to try things out before I feel comfortable getting another model involved in case it goes wrong and totally wastes their time ;) Plus it keeps me busy in the winter months when people are less willing to shoot!
As far as changes to this blog go (as mentioned in the entry before this one), I’m still in the process of doing things so it still looks a bit broken but I’m getting there slowly but surely (the migraine from hell over the past few days certainly hasn’t sped things up at all). I’ve been through and deleted a LOT of things that I no longer want here and I’m making changes in all areas. I’ve got so many amazing things planned for the new year with some wonderful models etc. so it’s about time the blog got a revamp and became somewhere I feel happy posting my work. Nothing happens instantly so please bear with me but I am getting there!
Would also just like to say a quick congratulations to two lovely ladies, Nina Jayne and Kelly Hooper, who recently one the November ‘share to win’ competition that I held over on my Facebook page. Looking forward to hearing your ideas and working with you on your free photo shoots girls!

A quick self portrait taken after I dyed my hair. It’s been a while since I’ve shot any! I’d love to get back into going out on location and shooting selfs like I used to but the weather has hardly been inspiring lately. I’ll suck it up and brave the cold and wet sooner or later now that I’m living back in Cornwall and have different locations to explore and rediscover.

This looks completely different on every screen that I look at it on and it’s starting to send me a little mad so I figured I’d leave it for now and come back with fresh eyes. Please take that into consideration if you’re looking at this thinking “oh mah gawddddd what is going on with the colours?!” haha… Think of it as a work in progress ;)
Amy looking fierce in an experimental beauty shoot… No guesses at to what animal this was inspired by! The background isn’t photoshopped in.

From the shoot I did with the gorgeous, super talented, Amy Jane! Can’t wait to work with this girl again, she’s so natural in front of the camera it’s unreal. Make sure you check out her official page, linked below, to see hundreds of amazing photos. You won’t regret it!
